One of the oldest concepts in the study of Islamic history and culture is the “ Islamic city” . The Islamic city has many elements that housing is one of them. The Islam religion addresses the culmination of human-related phenomena; hence in the construction of housing, its suitability and adequacy has been emphasized. In this study, the concept of “ Islamic adequate housing” was used for the first time in research texts. Adequate housing is an issue that has been considered in scientific fieleds outside of Iran, but in Iran, no principles have been defined yet. However, in the Islamic school, there were general principles for building an adequate housing but in the modern era, this principles has been neglected. From this perspective, the present study seeks to extract and categorize adequate housing indicators through the analytical-descriptive method and using the qualitative content analysis of Islamic texts. As result, we achieve of 28 indicators that are extracted from the texts and documented, which can be considered for future constructions.

Introduction Type and form of the location that humans choose for settlement have changed throughout the history. These developments have taken place for the welfare of human beings. The existence of low income people and their needs for housing in many cities has caused the the formation of settlements that are of lowest quality in third world countries.Social housing (Mehr Housing project) for all society income decile by means of cooperative produed in Iran. Based on the implementation of the 31 and 41 principles of the constitution of Iran, there has been less attention to the qualities of housing dimensions. Housing construction projects have been implemented in the city of Zanjan.The main objective of this study is to evaluate the extent of complies with Mehr housing qualitative indicators, such as economic, cultural, ecological, and physical housing indicators. The case under study is 22 Bahman Housibg Project in Zanjan.

Housing is one of the most important and most effective sectors of development as a whole, and the process of housing planning is a crucial issue. Initiation of a comprehensive housing plan needs a full recognition and deep analysis of its various aspects. Recognition and analysis of housing indicators as key planning instruments can be the most sensitive steps of the planning. A general review of the housing plans in Iran shows some weaknesses. The plans not only have not included a complete number of key indicators, but also the indicators have not been analyzed deeply in the process of planning. Housing indicators can present the situation and indicate the negative and positive points of housing sector. Based on the findings of this paper, housing indicators can be classified and analyzed in the contexts of economic, social and physical aspects, although some indicators play multi functions roles. The number of. selected housing indicators must be comprehensive so that they cover all aspects of housing. They must also be deeply analyzed in the process of housing planning. This process of using housing indicators would increase the efficiency of housing policies and plans.

Based on documents and studies about rural housing and architecture, although the Rural houses have many architectural values regarding to their aesthetic patterns, building materials, simplicity without any ornaments, adaptation to family needs and earning methods, they have many deficits and are prone to natural disasters. There is interference of living and economic-productive spaces that cause indoor pollution. Mean while so many of these defects and advantages haven't been studied. In addition the problems are not unique in the different parts of Iran. So it is necessary having knowledge about the specific characteristic of each individual area of our country.The definition of standard rural housing characteristics and the results of studies about current housing characteristics in the different parts of our country, which has been done in Jan 2004, have been shown in this essay. Meanwhile the current differences in qualitative and quantitative needs of rural housing in the different areas have been shown. In addition the emphasis on avoiding unique plan and program for different states has also been mentioned.

Knowing the components of economic education provides the dynamic background of education in this field. The aim of the current research is to investigate the indicators and components of the economic education curriculum. The approach of the current research is qualitative and its method is research synthesis. The research community is all the articles (211 articles) that have been presented from 1390 to 1401 AD and from 2010 to 2022 AD regarding economic education in curricula. The sample of the research is 32 articles, which were selected based on thematic monitoring, theoretical data saturation, and purposefully. The research data were collected from the qualitative analysis of the studied articles. By analyzing the data, the dimensions of vitality in the curriculum of the elementary school in 4 factors and 55 categories including the dimension of individual factors (including indicators and components related to personality characteristics); The dimension of culture and economic ethics (economic fields in the society); The dimension of economic concepts and knowledge (indices in economic education) and the dimension of collective and communication concepts (communication and interaction indicators in education) were classified. Economic education is dependent on internal and external components in educational systems, which requires macro-planning in this field.

Following the growth of urbanization, providing and housing choice has become one of the most important issues for both people and planners. Among factors, housing policies and planning, due to the dominance of economy as well as lack of proper housing indicators, quantitative housing indicators have overcome qualitative indicators and therefore the most attention of planners have focused on providing housing. Although housing is one of the needs of human beings, each type of housing is not considered. In fact, desirable housing is the ideal need of human beings. Thus, the aim of this article is the explanation of housing qualitative indicators in according to the votes of urban theorists and analyzing the experiences of housing. The finding suggests that for explanation desirable housing both characteristics of building of housing and the neighborhood, which the house is located must be considered. In addition, housing qualitative indicators include multidimensional characteristics. First place housing of the human needs as a shelter, is not only supposed to protect humans from environmental conditions, but also housing is more than a physical shelter and should provide all the personal and public necessary services for having a better human life. According to the definitions, the factors which influence the quality of housing indicators in addition to the residential unit include building and its residential environment where it is located and the quality of housing means trading between these territories. So when it comes to the quality of housing, this quality includes all the realms. Attention to the human needs at any time and place will affect the environment. Hence, a high quality housing which can be capable to respond human needs must foremost provide access to necessities for life and feel safety in order to be able to enjoy the beauty of the residential environment and try to promote it (Available, safe and secure, appropriateness and benefit, Beautiful and pleasant housing). Based on literature review, the space constructive dimensions are: Physical-spatial, functional, perceptual, environmental, socio-cultural and economic. As an example (in the unit no neighborhood), the quality of Available in the Physical-spatial dimension of housing is a quality that refers to the relationship between the physical variables of the residential unit, such as the size of housing, the amount of open space of housing with the needs of the household. Also, the quality indicator of housing includes qualities that shape the dimensions of the housing and transform it into a multidimensional problem.

The topic of "urban safety" is one of the objects urban planning. Assessment urban housing against the natural environmental hazards is necessary. The purpose of this paper is: Knowing of situation Isfahan housing on earthquake hazard.Type of research is "applied" and used deductive surveying, questionnaire, documentary, internet and other resources. The statistical community is Isfahan residences and sampling method used as probable sampling.The results obtained from research show: 1- Vulnerability of Isfahan housing against the earthquake hazard is high. 2- The access of Isfahan housing from rescue operation centers such as; fire stations, emergent centers and police stations are very bad. 3- The percentage of Isfahan citizens that enjoying fire extinguisher, first aid box and earthquake insurance is low.  4- Advice device about housing vulnerability is one of the major factors to reduce earthquake hazard. This research can be used in "crisis management master plan" of Isfahan and related researches.

The housing category is very extensive and has different spatial, architectural, physical-physical, economic, and social dimensions. To provide this commodity, governments have taken different policies in such a way that post-revolutionary politics Various types of housing have been considered in order to support low income groups and groups in the country. One of the most massive and costly housing policies for low-income groups in Iran is the Mehr housing policy. The purpose of this study was to measure the housing design concept of Zareein city of Gorgan city in terms of urban housing sustainability indicators. The current research is applied-developmental and descriptive-analytical and survey method, which has been evaluated in the form of four indicators of physical, economic, socio-cultural and ecological stability. To analyze data and information from SPSS software, Friedman test, Pearson correlation coefficient and single sample t-test. According to Friedman test, the results show that the lowest status of housing stability indices is among the components of physical dimension (2. 48) to the type of materials. Most of the economic aspects of housing (3. 34) are related to the cost of housing. In the socio-cultural dimension, privacy of households has the lowest (2. 47). Environmental components are least associated with the lack of parking space and green space (2. 12). The highest correlation was found between the cultural and physical dimensions of housing, which is a positive correlation and correlation coefficient is equal to (0. 46),

Paying attention to the sustainability of the housing sector as the most important urban element in sustainable urban development is considered one of the most essential aspects; therefore, knowing the indicators of suitable housing and trying to achieve the desired housing is important for sustainable urban development. Considering the importance of housing in the structure of today's cities and the lives of citizens, it is important to pay attention to the principles of sustainable development for achieving the spatial and social justice, and quantitative and qualitative desirability of uses especially residential use. Therefore, the aim of the research was to investigate and spatially analyze sustainable housing indicators in Tehran metropolis. For the descriptive-analytical research, quantitative entropy models, Gray Relation Analysis (GRA), Moran's spatial autocorrelation statistics and Arc GIS software were used to investigate and spatially analyze sustainable housing indicators in 22 districts of Tehran metropolis. The results showed that the spatial distribution pattern of sustainable housing indicators at 22 districts of Tehran is clustered. Districts 1, 22 and 21, respectively, have a gray rank of 0.638. 0.554, and 0.550 in terms of having the studied indicators and are in a favorable condition. Statistically, about 0.4% of the districts are in favorable condition, 0.41% in semi-favorable condition, and 0.45% in unfavorable condition. Geographically, the southeastern districts of Tehran are in an unfavorable condition, and sustainable housing indicators get worse going from north to south and west to east of Tehran.
